David
Raised on a large dairy farm in Southern Wisconsin, David earned his BS and MS degrees in Agriculture at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He has been associated with the Lake Pepin area of Western Wisconsin for nearly 40 years. He formerly taught agriculture and farm shop including building construction, in the Pepin Area Schools, has been in Ag finance and appraisal, spent over 10 years in the building trades industry, and has been in real estate sales in the region for over 12 years. He is an active leader in social and civic organizations and is currently President of the Pepin Area Lions Club. He is a past president of the Pepin Area Community Club, the River Falls Lions Club, a charter member and past president of the River Falls Rotary Club where he was also a Paul Harris Fellow, and is a former Master of the River Falls Masonic Lodge. His professional memberships include the Western Wisconsin & St. Paul Board of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
Linda
Linda was born and raised in the Pepin area and earned a BS degree at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. She is a former high school English instructor, who has also worked for the Carlson Companies in Minneapolis, and recently retired from the 3M company in St. Paul where she was employed for 20 years and held various positions in marketing and administration. She has held her real estate sales and Brokers license for over 8 years and does most of the behind-the-scenes support work for Lake Pepin Real Estate, LLC. Linda is also quite active in the region having been on the Board of the Pepin Area Food Shelf. She is now on the Board of the Lake Pepin Art & Design Group.
